•Support the local video service business to enhance user discovery of hospitality, dining, and leisure.
•Improve local services search experience and promote ecosystem growth.
•Apply large-scale machine learning for search and recommendation, including conversion efficiency improvements.
•Design and implement end-to-end search algorithms across query analysis, relevance, recall, and coarse/fine/blended ranking.
•Use LLMs to understand complex queries, summarize information from videos/comments/POI reviews, and produce structured AI search formats.

Key Requirements

•Final-year or recent graduate with a background in computer science or a related technical discipline.
•Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm/data structure fundamentals using C++/Python/Java.
