Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and maintain contracts/projects in Dynamics 365, including charge rates, project forecasts, and spread profiles.
  • •Lead monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting reviews, analyzing and explaining variances against forecasted figures.
  • •Maintain accurate financial data, reconcile financial information, and perform quality checks to eliminate errors.
  • •Complete monthly invoices and billing reports, and produce monthly finance reports for external clients.
  • •Manage intercompany agreements, invoices, purchase orders, and client timesheets; support credit control with payment queries and escalations while adhering to SOX controls where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.
  • •Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and management accounts.
  • •Experience using financial management systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • •Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate financial data.
  • •Proficiency with Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and experience using Power BI reports.
