Job Summary

Drive financial steering and performance transparency for production- and logistics-related operations. Own operational controlling by analyzing KPIs, producing regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for management and investment decisions, and developing manufacturing and overhead cost structures. Partner with budgeting and forecasting, manage working capital and inventory accuracy, ensure SOX/ICS compliance, support audits, and help implement cost optimization and efficiency/lean initiatives using tools such as Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

•Own operational controlling for production and logistics-related areas.
•Analyze and monitor financial and process-related KPIs in the production environment.

•Develop and improve manufacturing costs, overhead structures, and allocation rates.
•Lead inventory and working capital steering, ensuring inventory accuracy, SOX/ICS compliance, and supporting internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

•Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification, ideally with further training in controlling.
•Several years of controlling experience in a production or industrial company, ideally in packaging or pharma.
•Strong understanding of production and logistics processes.
•Advanced analytical skills with structured, independent working style.
•Very good MS Office skills and SAP knowledge (FI/CO; MM/SD knowledge is an advantage).
