Key Responsibilities

  • •Own operational controlling for production and logistics-related areas.
  • •Analyze and monitor financial and process-related KPIs in the production environment.
  • •Create regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support management and investment decisions.
  • •Develop and improve manufacturing costs, overhead structures, and allocation rates.
  • •Lead inventory and working capital steering, ensuring inventory accuracy, SOX/ICS compliance, and supporting internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification, ideally with further training in controlling.
  • •Several years of controlling experience in a production or industrial company, ideally in packaging or pharma.
  • •Strong understanding of production and logistics processes.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with structured, independent working style.
  • •Very good MS Office skills and SAP knowledge (FI/CO; MM/SD knowledge is an advantage).
