Key Responsibilities

•Ensure 24/7 availability of enterprise cloud services by monitoring and managing Azure infrastructure components including VMs, networking, storage, and OS-level services.
•Define and maintain monitoring strategies for infrastructure health and capacity using Azure Monitor, SCOM, and SolarWinds.
•Lead incident response, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across the team.
•Collaborate with cross-functional and security teams on governance, vulnerability remediation, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technology field.
•10+ years progressive IT infrastructure operations experience, including 5+ years hands-on managing Azure cloud environments at scale.
•Strong Infrastructure-as-Code and automation skills using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, GitHub/GitHub Actions, and Artifactory.
•Experience monitoring and incident response using tools such as Azure Monitor, SCOM, SolarWinds, and log analytics platforms.
•Familiarity with capacity planning, lifecycle management, and cloud cost optimization; plus strong communication/documentation skills.
