Job Summary

Drive execution of complex, cross-functional technology projects for merchants, partners, and internal teams. Own delivery of eCommerce implementations, integrations, and platform migrations within scope, timeline, and budget. Lead client implementations using established delivery frameworks, manage risks and issues, and provide executive-ready milestone and risk communication. Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure technical readiness and guide clients through successful launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client implementations by using delivery frameworks to deliver project plans and business requirement documents and guide launches within budget, scope, and timeframe.
•Serve as the primary point of contact during technical implementation, providing expertise and support to agencies, merchants, and internal teams.
•Manage daily project activities including scope, project/resource planning, progress tracking, and proactive risk/issue management with cross-functional stakeholder communication.
•Provide executive communication to key client stakeholders with updates on critical milestones and project risks.
•Perform technical evaluations by reading and interpreting API documentation to ask the right questions, flag risks during client discovery, and support project readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
•3–5 years managing technical implementations or software delivery projects in SaaS, e-commerce, or technology.
•Proven leadership in digital commerce initiatives including platform migrations, API integrations, and customized architectures.
•Working knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
