Support SMASH’s mission by delivering project-based CS workshops to groups of around 25 scholars, using Python, AI, Scratch, and UI/UX concepts. Key Responsibilities

•Attend training and adhere to the curriculum structure provided by Create and Learn
•Facilitate CS workshop sessions (3 hours, 5 days/week) with whole-group, small-group, and individual formats
•Take attendance, communicate absences, and manage classroom logistics to meet daily outcomes
•Guide conversations, ensure all voices are heard, and track student progress weekly
•Log student achievement data and provide ongoing feedback to scholars and program staff

Key Requirements

•Experience teaching Computer Science
•Proficiency in Python and/or AI, or UX/UI/digital design
•Experience facilitating workshops with 40-45 participants
•Strong domain knowledge and passion for Computer Science and SMASH’s mission
•Ability to teach with technology and adapt content for diverse learners
