Key Responsibilities

•Process and file insurance agreements and/or certificates to ensure collateral insurance coverage is in place and tracking begins; obtain waivers when coverage is not required
•Begin force-placement procedures for hazard and flood insurance, including notifying loan officers and customers and coordinating with the insurance vendor when adequate coverage is not obtained
•Process full and/or earned premium refunds from loan payoffs or customer-provided insurance coverage
•Work with loan officers and insurance companies to file claims when required
•Perform daily and yearly escrow duties and handle credit life insurance balancing and remitting payment, while complying with bank policies and applicable laws and regulations

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required
•Demonstrated ability to learn complex information rapidly, including loan compliance regulations and documentation requirements
•Documentation preparation experience is a plus
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
•Demonstrated working knowledge of loan documentation, document retention, accuracy, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
