Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the SOP lifecycle (creation, validation, publication, adoption, audit, iteration) across Inbound Operations.
  • •Establish governance standards including ownership, change approvals, version control, and audit cadence.
  • •Build and maintain a single source of truth for operational documentation.
  • •Implement mechanisms to ensure compliance with SOPs and support rollout of new tools, initiatives, and process changes.
  • •Analyze program performance with cross-functional leaders to identify workflow improvements and operational gaps.
