Own the SOP lifecycle and operational workflow governance for the Inbound Operations organization, creating a single source of truth for documentation and ensuring compliance and adoption. Partner with Inbound Operations leaders and cross-functional teams (Product & Tech, Merchandising, Learning & Development) to translate complex processes into clear Standard Operating Procedures, measurable training/documentation, and continuous improvements that enable scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the SOP lifecycle (creation, validation, publication, adoption, audit, iteration) across Inbound Operations.
•Establish governance standards including ownership, change approvals, version control, and audit cadence.
•Build and maintain a single source of truth for operational documentation.
•Implement mechanisms to ensure compliance with SOPs and support rollout of new tools, initiatives, and process changes.
•Analyze program performance with cross-functional leaders to identify workflow improvements and operational gaps.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years implementing workflow governance and SOPs across complex stakeholder environments.
•Design and implement end-to-end operational workflows and standardize fragmented processes across sites/teams.
•Strong experience with process mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
•Experience implementing governance or quality systems to ensure adherence to SOPs.
•Proven ability to build and scale enablement/training programs and translate complex processes into actionable guidance.
