Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the North American SAP strategy aligned with global SAP practice priorities.
  • •Own the SAP practice P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, investment priorities, and financial discipline.
  • •Lead sales and market development activities, including strategic pursuits, bid competitiveness, and executive client presentations.
  • •Drive SAP solutioning and transformation leadership for greenfield and brownfield modernization, including full-stack capabilities.
  • •Oversee regional SAP delivery, provide executive sponsorship for strategic programs, and lead a distributed team (approximately 60–100 onshore/offshore professionals).

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in SAP consulting, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • •Proven experience managing P&L and large cross-functional teams.
  • •Executive-level experience engaging CxO clients and leading strategic customer engagements.
  • •Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and cloud migration.
  • •Familiarity with SAP BTP, analytics, and industry-specific solutions, plus experience with SAP sales and licensing/ecosystem partnerships.
