Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic advisory relationships with senior executives up to C-suite, consulting on talent needs and data-driven recommendations.
  • •Lead and mentor a high-performance team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability to deliver results.
  • •Oversee executive search execution across Legal, HR, Comp/Benefits, and business units; identify, assess, and secure Director+ leadership talent across multiple domains.
  • •Drive diversity-focused strategies and ensure rigorous candidate assessments aligned to culture, values, and strategic goals.
  • •Partner with Rewards for complex compensation strategy, lead approvals and negotiations, and collaborate with operations to ensure search workflow excellence across concurrent searches.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading executive recruitment, with a proven track record securing top-tier leadership talent.
  • •Industry knowledge in gaming, consumer technology, or digital entertainment.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including engaging board-level stakeholders.
  • •Strong collaboration and ability to connect across functions with strategic vision and business acumen.
  • •Experience with psychometrics (Hogan Assessment Tests) is ideal, not mandatory.
