Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide safe, effective nursing care to a designated group of patients and families, planning and delivering care under a preceptor or designated RN. Ensure quality of care by aligning patient outcomes with therapeutic standards and regulatory requirements, conducting patient assessments, administering medications and therapies, and performing procedures such as immunizations and phlebotomy. Document care in the electronic medical record and coordinate with healthcare teams to support patient safety, comfort, and protection.
