Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and organize new shipments; ensure items are properly labeled, tagged, and stocked.
  • •Maintain operational standards in the sales floor and backroom through coaching, training, and accountability.
  • •Manage an organized stockroom and arrange footwear by size, style, and type for efficient restocking.
  • •Assist with inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
