Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a wide variety of administrative duties to support Flight Attendants and Inflight management in daily operations.
  • •Respond to Flight Attendants’ general questions in person and by phone.
  • •File expense reimbursements and handle mail and FEDEX.
  • •Provide tablet support at Crew Service Centers and assist with coordination of Flight Attendant parking and Crew IDs.
  • •Ensure office and crew room computers and equipment are in working condition; in the absence of an Operations Coordinator, assume administrative functions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalency.
