Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a senior technical authority for Building Services, providing direction on major and complex projects and leading design reviews across MEP interfaces.
  • •Ensure designs are coordinated, buildable, efficient, and aligned with client briefs, applicable codes, authority requirements, sustainability objectives, and WSP quality procedures.
  • •Lead, inspire, and develop the Riyadh Building Services team, including performance management, workload planning, capacity allocation, and coaching early-career professionals.
  • •Lead selected major Building Services or multidisciplinary design projects from mobilisation through close-out, taking accountability for scope, programme, resources, technical quality, coordination, risk, and delivery performance.
  • •Drive client relationships and work winning in KSA, maintain oversight of project and commercial performance, and identify/manage technical, contractual, commercial, programme, resource, and relationship risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering, or a closely related discipline; a relevant master’s degree is advantageous.
  • •18+ years of relevant experience in a leading multidisciplinary design consultancy, with substantial building services experience.
  • •Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional registration with a recognised institution is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong record of client engagement, work winning, proposal leadership, and converting opportunities into appointments.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills at executive and technical levels.
