Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver complex projects to required quality, schedule, and budget.
  • •Produce and maintain project management documentation.
  • •Own project plans including communication, reports, implementation, programme block plan, schedule, control book, and meeting agendas.
  • •Provide monthly programme status updates to clients.
  • •Implement risk management programs and proactively mitigate risks; provide regular completion cost estimates and manage project stakeholders and resources (including subcontractors).

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Program or Project Management (highly desirable).
  • •Experience using PMBOK methodology, preferably with PMP certification or Prince 2 (highly desirable).
  • •Experience in BMS is highly advantageous.
  • •Minimum 5 years managing large-scale projects in BMS, electronic security, Fire or ICT industry.
  • •Experience managing mission/business critical projects and interdependencies, with early escalation of issues.
