Lead cost engineering and financial reporting for large-scale construction programs, developing cost reporting strategies, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement cost reporting strategies for major construction projects and programs.
•Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
•Conduct financial analysis and report on project performance, including billing support and AR/AP processes.
•Provide specialist cost engineering advice to private sector clients across a variety of construction contract types while ensuring AACE-aligned compliance.
•Support data visualization and reporting via digital dashboards/automation tools and manage internal financial trackers (including possible SOX control responsibilities where applicable).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, construction management, business administration, or related work experience.
•5-7 years of cost engineering or cost management experience for project/programs (preferably Oil and Gas).
•Working knowledge of financial management systems and software, including experience managing budgets and financial reporting (preferably EPC).
•Experience implementing financial strategies, including identifying, quantifying, and allocating risk.
•Proven ability to liaise with and coordinate multiple stakeholders to develop financial documents.
