Escrow Team Lead (Full Time) - Plano

Oversee third-party insurance and tax vendor activities and manage the full escrow workflow to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Set up and maintain tax/insurance ticklers, process escrow payments, run vendor and internal reporting, and perform yearly escrow analysis under RESPA requirements. Validate escrow overages/shortages, handle escalations, respond to customer correspondence, and act as subject matter expert for training, audits, and process improvements.
