Serve as a Workday specialist who educates customers throughout engagements, mentors consultants, manages risks to scope/timeline, and completes project administration to ensure on-time, under-budget outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects delivering Workday Success Plans programs and services.
•Communicate project objectives and delivery strategies clearly and effectively.
•Become a specialist in Workday Success Plans and educate customers throughout the project.
•Balance and manage multiple concurrent engagements while ensuring projects are planned and staffed accurately.
•Mentor consultants, lead customer and internal meetings, resolve issues impacting scope/timeline, and complete project administration tasks.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations in medium/large enterprise, higher education, and/or state/local governments.
•5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
•Solid understanding of at least one business area: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services Procurement.
•Excellent organization, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to influence senior executives and manage multiple engagements simultaneously, including travel up to 10%.
