Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Staff UI Engineer (UI-focused) to lead the front-end and platform UI work for the Identity Lifecycle and Administration group. You’ll drive the UI vision for onboarding, lifecycle management, and identity provisioning, collaborate with design/product, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, accessible browser experiences across a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the definitive design reviewer for high-impact proposals, ensuring long-term technical integrity and maintainability.
•Translate design intent into high-quality implementations — paying close attention to accessibility and the small details that add up to a great product feel
•Shape a culture of continuous learning by proactively sharing knowledge, mentoring other engineers on the team, and establishing best practices
•Collaborate with designers and product managers, and drive the iterative process of turning a design into something that works beautifully in the browser
•Be a hands-on contributor, driving the implementation and ensuring the technical quality of the platform's most complex and foundational components

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software development experience
•Significant experience with frameworks such as Spring, React.js, or Node.js
•Expertise in software architecture and implementation with languages like Java, Python, or C++
•Strong grasp of software engineering designs, principles, and practices for scalable, maintainable systems
•Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts clearly
