Job Summary

Architect and deliver Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud solutions across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping through deployment. Partner with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and client IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and designs. Lead enterprise AI architecture for predictive and generative solutions, run technical design sessions, and document scalable architectures using tools and patterns. Guide development and QA teams while ensuring quality testing and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and discovery workshops through deployment, designing and building Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud solutions.
•Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and client IT development staff to architect maintainable solutions aligned to client needs and best practices.
•Drive enterprise AI architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions in custom Salesforce environments, optimizing performance and governor limits.
•Lead technical design sessions: architect and document solutions aligned with client business objectives, identify gaps to desired end states, and use LLMs like Claude to review assumptions and edge cases.
•Mentor development and QA teams and support Salesforce-related application design, development, and production support, ensuring proper testing and performance monitoring.

Key Requirements

•10+ years developing technology solutions with deep experience across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud.
•7+ years working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques.
•Design and implementation experience for Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Revenue Cloud solutions, automation, and application processes.
•Strong Salesforce development/configuration experience including Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Apex classes, Apex Web services, and API; plus Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.
•Experience leading teams on complex problem analysis and solution design, including Salesforce integration architecture and DevOps/release management.
