Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop next-generation footwear concepts from ideation through performance-validated prototypes.
  • •Lead rapid prototyping and iterative experimentation to optimize product features toward target performance metrics.
  • •Connect athlete problems to novel constructions, manufacturing techniques, and advanced materials.
  • •Guide cross-functional creation teams by defining clear hypotheses, goals, and short- and long-term project plans.
  • •Partner with inline product development teams and external vendors/technology partners to support commercialization and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, MBA, or PhD preferred.
  • •6+ years of progressive experience in the footwear industry for a global company.
