Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand how the Enterprise Sales business operates, identifying execution gaps and friction points from field-level input.
  • •Diagnose operational problems end-to-end and drive toward solutions before escalating or engaging others; isolate systemic issues and act on them.
  • •Own operational issues and alignment across Revenue Operations and supporting organizations (including Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance) without handing off accountability.
  • •Build and run operational rhythms (status reviews, escalation loops, issue tracking, and field feedback channels) to keep the enterprise sales business on track.
  • •Represent the field perspective in annual planning and policy development, synthesizing patterns to shape how Revenue Operations programs are designed and resourced.

Salary: USD 162,500 - 262,790 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related business partner role at an enterprise technology company.
  • •Direct experience supporting VP/SVP-level sales leaders in an embedded, field-facing capacity.
  • •Deep understanding of at least one sales motion (enterprise sales, expansion, or commercial/emerging business).
  • •Ability to diagnose friction and root causes and drive cross-functional resolution; strong consulting or strategy experience is a plus.
  • •Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tooling, comfortable using data to identify inconsistencies and ask the right questions.
