Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Lead Compass’s SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting efforts within the Finance team, preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual external filings. Manage the reporting calendar, drive analyses supporting disclosure decisions, and coordinate tie-outs for investor materials. Oversee equity transaction accounting and stock-based compensation (including EPS impacts), monitor SEC/FASB/PCAOB standard changes, and partner across Controllership, Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
