Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the academy by building the core team with the HR Partner, defining roles, and setting up the academy team structure.
  • •Define the academy roadmap, target population (updated annually), and ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • •Co-design and deploy learning and knowledge-sharing solutions with the Digital Learning Center, ensuring the skills coverage matches academy priorities.
  • •Organize learning sessions for operational activities using the 70/20/10 model and support the recruitment and engagement of knowledge contributors.
  • •Track and analyze academy performance using agreed indicators (e.g., NPS, skills gap closure, learning solution adoption) and run regular steering committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering or Bac +5, with significant experience managing internal programs or projects, especially in learning and talent development.
  • •Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • •Experience managing risks and opportunities within learning programs.
  • •Advanced English proficiency is indispensable (level avancĂ©).
  • •Proven collaboration and team management skills with leadership and communication.
