Job Summary

Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and facilities, including critical spare parts management. Improve equipment performance and maintain related documentation. Handle escalated after-hours machine recovery call-backs and ensure compliance with Ethics, Compliance, EH&S, and Quality programs. Support EH&S, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities while working rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform breakdown maintenance to identify root causes and carry out preventive maintenance for plant equipment and facilities.
•Manage critical equipment spare parts.
•Improve equipment performance and maintain subsequent documentation.
•Respond to call-backs for machine recovery when escalated after office hours.
•Ensure compliance with Ethics & Compliance, EH&S, and Quality programs; support EH&S, Quality, and CORE activities.

Key Requirements

•NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
•2 years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair of machineries; open to candidates with no experience if training is provided.
•Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
•Comfortable with hands-on work operating equipment, tools, and machines.
•Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
