Job Summary

Provide a consumer-focused retail experience by suggesting looks aligned with current trends and promotions, promoting the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolving customer concerns in line with company policy. •Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
•Comply with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives of store management.
