EDR Analyst - L1

Provide L1 managed security service by monitoring and maintaining clients’ endpoint security using EDR. Proactively identify and route incidents, deploy and configure Trend Micro agents, analyze endpoint security events, and generate real-time alerts for suspicious activity. Support incident response with endpoint forensics, capture and store logs/artifacts, integrate with vulnerability management and SIEM/IR tooling, and roll out patches/upgrades from the EDR console.
