Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client endpoint firewall/endpoint security remains operational by proactively identifying, investigating, and routing incidents to the correct resolver group.
  • •Deploy, configure, and maintain EDR agents on endpoints, servers, and critical systems; collect and analyze security events and activities.
  • •Monitor endpoints for suspicious behavior (malware, unauthorized access, unusual user activity) and detect advanced threats and zero-day attacks.
  • •Generate real-time alerts for potential incidents; support incident response and remediation, including endpoint forensics to identify root cause.
  • •Integrate EDR with vulnerability management and other security systems (e.g., SIEM/incident response tools), roll out patches/upgrades, correlate anomalies, and deliver periodic reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in EDR and Trend Micro.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • •CEH certification is must.
  • •Entry-level experience troubleshooting and supporting security/network/data center/systems/storage administration and monitoring services in a medium to large ICT organization.
  • •Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
