Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Spaceport operations including strategy and execution for the leasing/traveler housing program, transportation, and amenities
  • •Monitor quality and consistency by setting/enforcing standards and inspecting areas of responsibility
  • •Train staff on customer service, anticipate guest needs, and resolve problems
  • •Enforce proper safety practices and coordinate time management for the team
