Lead and scale the enterprise EHR integration program, overseeing all customer EHR integrations and end-to-end delivery across health systems. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define operating models, governance, and repeatable processes for high-quality implementations. Drive client engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement in speed, quality, and customer satisfaction across Epic, Cerner, and Meditech ecosystems.
