Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design for mechanical and process piping.
  • •Deliver and present updated cost plans at design milestones; review design changes/new technologies and estimate within accuracy levels.
  • •Provide commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises; support cash commit forecasts across the construction life cycle.
  • •Analyze labor markets and cost drivers (including unions and tax) and prepare benchmarking reports with appropriate data.
  • •Measure and estimate from a first-principle basis across design stages; prepare estimates for change orders and review EPCM submissions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction estimating/cost management roles.
  • •Experience in construction cost management such as Estimating, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Cost Controls.
  • •Experience supporting program-level cost management for medium or large-scale construction projects.
  • •Strong communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role.
