Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and actively participate in key sourcing operations and functions, including product creation (costing, materials, and product testing).
  • •Support tactical and production planning activities.
  • •Contribute to manufacturing-related areas, including quality and ME (manufacturing excellence).
  • •Shadow senior sourcing leaders and interact with the team while performing daily duties and reporting regularly to a mentor.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations and practices comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh graduate or candidate with less than two years of full-time work experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • •Flexibility and willingness to relocate at the company’s request.
  • •Strong attention to details, curiosity, observation, and discipline with a passion for sports.
