Key Responsibilities

  • •Own public sector positioning and messaging, leading the federal launch and extending to SLED
  • •Translate MongoDB data platform capabilities into mission-relevant outcomes and value propositions for government and integrator buyers
  • •Partner with compliance, security, industry solutions, and product teams to accurately represent certification requirements in external content
  • •Build a public sector sales enablement toolkit (battlecards, pitch decks, discovery guides, ROI/value models, competitive intelligence)
  • •Develop solution briefs, decks, whitepapers, case studies, and web content for regulated, mission-critical environments

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of product marketing (or closely related GTM/solutions marketing) experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS, owning positioning and launches end-to-end
  • •Ability to translate complex technical products into clear value propositions for technical and executive audiences, with data infrastructure/databases/cloud experience as a strong plus
  • •Comfort learning and communicating regulatory/compliance concepts well enough to brief sales and create customer-facing content
  • •Experience building and running sales enablement programs (battlecards, playbooks, ROI tools) in partnership with sales and field marketing
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA or technical/quantitative background is a plus)
