Key Responsibilities

•Provide full accountability for operational performance metrics including plant utilization, reliability, throughput, and fleet efficiency.
•Own fleet productivity, maintenance strategy, uptime, and lifecycle cost management.
•Lead technical services across mix optimization, quality control systems, and product innovation, translating capabilities into cost and margin improvement.
•Develop and execute go-to-market strategy, disciplined pricing/customer selection, and transparent commercial processes including pipeline, win/loss analysis, and customer profitability reporting.
•Execute capital investment and organic growth initiatives, partner on M&A strategy and integration, and align back-office models and enterprise reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities (advanced degree preferred).
•Valid Driver’s License (DL) and satisfactory driving record required.
•10 years in a management role within the construction industry specifically in concrete, asphalt, aggregates, construction and/or equipment.
•Strong ability to prepare and administer annual budgets and present financial data to senior leadership.
•Strict adherence to company health and safety processes and reporting requirements.
