Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine logistical activities including reporting, system updates, emails, and customer service.
  • •Identify and resolve pricing, compliance, and data maintenance issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain carrier information and pricing documents within Excel and specific ERP systems.
  • •Work with internal stakeholders to identify performance metrics and create presentations for business reviews and sourcing projects.
  • •Assist with carrier onboarding and maintain compliance requirements.
  • •Build and maintain positive relationships with the transportation team and CHS Retail Offices, Sales, and other groups.
