Lead performance optimization of AMD compiler stack across Windows and Linux, identifying bottlenecks, analyzing x86/ARM codegen, and collaborating with compiler experts to improve code generation and vectorization on AMD platforms. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and analyze AMD strengths and weaknesses in application performance, finding performance bottlenecks.
•Analyze compiler generated code, including x86 and ARM assembly.
•Write and refactor code to take advantage of compiler optimizations, such as auto-vectorization.
•Work with AMD’s compiler specialists to improve code generation quality.
•Apply a data minded approach to target optimization efforts and stay informed of software and hardware trends in compilers and architecture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 250,600 - 358,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least a BS/MS in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
•Strong knowledge of modern compiler toolchains and optimizations, including experience with code generation and auto-vectorization.
•Excellent proficiency in C/C++ programming and familiarity with x86/x64 and ARM assembly.
•Experience with CPU profilers (e.g., VTune, WPA, MSVS Profiler) and performance tuning on mainstream CPUs.
•Proven ability to identify performance bottlenecks across software platforms and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
