Sales & Service Lead - Saddle Creek

Lead an elevated guest and customer experience on the sales floor by assessing guest connection and delivering technical product education. Drive daily client relationship building, analyze reports to strategize and support action plans, and ensure strong sales floor coverage through workforce solutions. Partner with operations and visual leadership on budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, technology, and facilities. Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, including recruitment and ongoing coaching.
