Key Responsibilities

  • •Assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project and shares knowledge and technical expertise with customers and team.
  • •Provides feedback and helps streamline implementation methodology and documentation, interacting cross-functionally to share product knowledge.
  • •Completes assigned project tasks as scheduled to gain customer acceptance while maintaining industry certifications/technical competency through continuing education.
  • •Gathers necessary network information to properly configure the IECG and IBE system and tests installed IECG/IBE to meet customer requirements.
  • •Implements interfaces to/from IECG and customer’s RIS/HIS and troubleshoots complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field or 5+ years of technical support/HL7 interfacing experience
  • •5+ years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems)
  • •Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker, XML and VM server environments
  • •Experience networking infrastructure/server architecture preferred
  • •Bilingual French and English skills (written and verbal)
