Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,100 - 387,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and backend/distributed systems engineering.
•Experience building scalable, production-grade AI or agent-based systems.
•Strong programming skills in one or more of: Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, C++, or Rust.
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines, plus understanding of software architecture, observability, and performance optimization.
