Human Resources Officer

Support the Human Resources function with administrative tasks, employee relations, and coordination of key HR activities for Majid Al Futtaim’s retail hypermarket operations. Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related employee queries (including documentation and transfers), assist with training coordination, help manage performance appraisal documentation, and support recruitment and onboarding when required.
