Key Responsibilities

  • •Ingest and integrate customer (health plan) data in varied formats into the SQL Server data warehouse with traceability and repeatable ingestion routines.
  • •Write and maintain SQL transformations into accurate, platform-ready outputs, including load files for the medical record retrieval platform.
  • •Monitor pipelines for errors, anomalies, and data quality issues, and remediate before downstream impact.
  • •Build data foundations for retrospective risk adjustment coding and develop condition-suspecting algorithms to surface likely undocumented/under-documented diagnoses.
  • •Design semantic data structures, refactor and migrate semantic analytics tables to production, and establish standards for turning raw healthcare data into AI-ready datasets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, technical, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •Proven hands-on coding ability and demonstrable experience working with database technology (primarily SQL Server / T-SQL).
  • •Ability to design solutions to parse, structure, and make sense of complex, messy, or unfamiliar data.
  • •Comfort designing, testing, and refining algorithms or analytical logic against real-world data.
  • •Experience cleaning, mapping, and validating real-world data from multiple sources and file formats; experience building repeatable ETL/data-ingestion workflows.
