Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the deployment, reliability, and evolution of enterprise voice, conferencing, and workplace communication systems.
  • •Ensure seamless communication experiences across conference rooms, executive spaces, and workplace environments.
  • •Partner with PM, Workplace, Real Estate, Construction, Networking, and Facilities to support global office expansion and buildouts.
  • •Design, support, and troubleshoot enterprise voice and AV infrastructure connectivity, conferencing systems, and workplace integrations.
  • •Create operational standards, documentation, and deployment playbooks, and build automation/tooling to improve scalability and reliability.

Salary: USD 177,700 - 244,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years supporting enterprise unified communications, workplace technology, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • •Expertise in enterprise voice and conferencing systems, including conference room and workplace AV systems.
  • •Solid networking fundamentals (e.g., QoS and media optimization) and ability to troubleshoot complex communication environments.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale global environments, office buildouts, and workplace deployments.
  • •Ability to build automation/scripting tools and manage communication and stakeholder relationships effectively.
