Job Summary

Support maintenance and operations for the BEAM9 platform, enabling a partner’s team to run hardware/software upkeep and IT operations. Work with customer IT administration, production GEOINT/IMINT operations, and IT training, including deployments and acceptance activities in KSA. Manage communication and reporting with customers and program management using KPIs, maintain documentation, and improve processes through software/hardware updates and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the customer’s IT administration team through daily monitoring and coordination with maintenance resources in France for IT activities and hardware replacements.
•Support customer production teams in day-to-day GEOINT/IMINT operations, including administrative tasks and coordination with engineering in France.
•Provide support for IT training activities and support KSA operations such as deployments, acceptance phases, and IT training.
•Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and workshops to ensure an appropriate level of service and reflect customer expectations or requests.
•Deliver regular reviews and updates to the team and program manager, maintain KPIs for maintenance/support monitoring, and document knowledge through procedures and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in computer science.
•Successful experience in maintenance and support program.
•Strong communication skills to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
•Hands-on Windows administration (Active Directory, DNS, Distributed File System, GPO).
•Experience supporting platforms with Ubuntu 24.04, Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, and virtualization/container/storage tools (e.g., Nutanix, Harbor, Kubernetes, Ceph, Veeam Backup).
