Job Summary

Deliver construction equipment safely and on time from the Advanced Solutions rental facility, using real-time technology to access fleet locations, work orders, and delivery details. Operate according to state and federal transportation laws, maneuver trucks and trailers for loading/unloading, assist with handling materials, and maintain required paperwork including invoices and bills of lading. Perform routine checks and basic truck service, and support yard trailer positioning as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the vehicle in accordance with applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Transport loads safely and timely along required routes while obeying traffic laws and safety regulations.
•Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow loading crew signals.
•Assist with loading/unloading goods and materials using specialized equipment; manage skids and equipment returns.
•Maintain signed invoices and shipping paperwork (including bills of lading) and deliver documentation when routes are complete; facilitate routine truck service and report malfunctions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Must hold a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) or a chauffeur’s license appropriate for the vehicle weight operated.

•Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to speak professionally with customers and staff at delivery points.
