Job Summary

Oversee a portfolio of cost performance and supply chain optimization programs for the Canadian RTE brand Factor_. Own the weekly COGS reporting cycle and lead governance forums (including COGS Steerco), driving cost reduction through root-cause analysis and cross-functional improvement initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison across Finance, Operations, Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Warehouse, partnering with Tech on data architecture to strengthen supply chain performance and manage offshore team optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the end-to-end portfolio of initiatives to improve supply chain performance and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
•Own the weekly COGS reporting cycle, analyze performance, lead weekly COGS Steerco, and support budgeting and month-end close reconciliations between Finance and Operations.
•Identify cost reduction opportunities, apply root-cause analysis to waste drivers, and collaborate with stakeholders to design measurable improvement programs.
•Partner with Tech teams to define data architecture and data flows that build, stabilize, and improve supply chain performance.
•Strengthen offshore team capability (HelloConnect) through performance management, tasking, and resource allocation; provide governance and lead regular executive decision support sessions.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of consulting, project management, finance, inventory, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations with strong financial reporting and experience leading highly complex programs with multiple dependencies.
•Strong understanding of costs, budgets, P&L, and waste.
•Experience managing direct reports and/or project resources, with demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and partner with cross-functional leaders without direct line authority.
•Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, workflow automation).
