  • •National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
  • •Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
