Manager II, Operations Management - (M2) 2nd Shift

Supervise production and operations activities for manufacturing capital equipment and electronic/mechanical components on the 2nd shift. Own production scheduling, operational meetings, performance metrics, and milestone coordination to drive cycle time and other key goals. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing operations issues, cost of quality opportunities, and corrective actions. Lead safety compliance, injury prevention, training, and employee performance management, including hiring, rewards, and discipline.
