Job Summary

Lead WFRE cluster operations for Eastern Europe, owning workplace and facilities services across commercial, supply, sales, hub, headquarters, and R&D sites. Partner with regional and global leadership to implement strategy, governance, and employee experience objectives; drive continuous improvement and standardisation; oversee space optimisation and refurbishments; manage vendors, landlords, budgets, and Health & Safety compliance. Develop WFRE teams and deliver workplace projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
