Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations for HR contracts aligned with RTX objectives.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx creation/management, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
  • •Manage partnerships supporting recruitment agencies and headhunters for global talent acquisition needs.
  • •Oversee supplier relationships for learning and development programs, benefits administration, employee wellness, and other HR services.
  • •Draft, review, and redline contract amendments and execute contracting deliverables in coordination with Legal, Finance, and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 5 years), or no degree with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with HR and professional services categories, including strategic sourcing and negotiation.
  • •Broad understanding of end-to-end procurement processes from strategic sourcing and negotiation through contract drafting, requisitioning, and purchase order placement.
  • •Experience developing and executing RFx activities, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
