Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the development of the analytics function within a 600+ employee division, strengthening data-driven decision-making across product and business units.
  • •Analyze large-scale client and user interaction data to understand behavior patterns, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities to improve customer experience.
  • •Define and improve product and operational metrics (LTV, retention, engagement, efficiency).
  • •Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • •Confer exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, and causal inference; design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or product analytics.
  • •Proficiency in SQL (must-have).
  • •Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis and machine learning (pandas, visualization, ML libraries).
  • •Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA) and experiment design (A/B testing).
