Key Responsibilities

•Own EHR Credentialing operations across a team of four, mapping workflows end-to-end and eliminating manual steps through automation.
•Document and implement playbooks for exceptions triage, credentialing, and BizOps workflows, and establish team operating cadence with weekly reviews and SLA reports.
•Provide the operational backbone for Business Operations, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and documentation management to ensure ongoing compliance.
•Track and optimize metrics that matter (cycle time, error rate, backlog size, automation coverage) and build reporting used by stakeholders.
•Collaborate across product, operations, and customer service to balance commercial and operational needs while maintaining crisp governance.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years in operations, product operations, or technical operations
•experience in high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology with cross-functional process ownership
•experience managing a small team, setting priorities, and upholding SLAs
•hands-on experience with SQL and BI or internal tooling platforms (Looker Studio, Retool, Power BI, Tableau or similar) to build actionable reporting
•strong process design instincts and ability to document systems and playbooks clearly
